These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the One Shot Trivia mobile application and any related services provided by Gamma Ape, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Use of the app
- Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Don’t attempt to interfere with the app’s operation or security.
- We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts & payments
No login and no payments are required at this time. The app is funded by advertising. If we add account or payment features later, updated terms will apply.
Advertising
The app displays ads (ironSource, once implemented). Advertisers and their partners may collect data directly from your device as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The app, content, and trademarks are owned by Gamma Ape, LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app except as allowed by these Terms.
Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access
- Using the app to violate any law or third-party rights
- Attempting to bypass security or usage limits
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamma Ape, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gamma Ape, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and notify you of material changes in-app or on our site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
